8th Humanities
8th grade Humanities takes a new form this year with a set of integrated companion classes. 8th grade Humanities focuses on U.S. history from 1492-1865. Integrating language arts and social sciences, this class will also have joint projects and integration with our 8th grade science class. This flexible structure allows for greater integration and project based learning for all 8th graders.This class uses social studies and language art proficiencies as well as habits of mind. Be sure to check both grade sections for information on your student's progress.
