8th Humanities

8th grade Humanities is a 90 min class everyday that integrates social studies and language arts. This class shifts from world history to US history. Students learn to view our history from many viewpoints and perspectives. This is a project-oriented class where students will need to work with others during a number of projects and simulations. Many projects integrate other disciplines in addition to social sciences and language arts and require individual research.
