7th Humanities

There are two sections of this class. Please choose your teacher below.

    7th grade Humanities takes a new form this year with a set of integrated companion classes. Each day, students will go to Mrs. Tracy for a Social Sciences and Language Arts class. This section will focus on world history of the Middle Ages (~400-1500CE) and information based writing (essays, expository focus). Its companion section with Mrs. Forney/Mrs. James will focus on Language Arts and the Visual Arts from the same time period. These classes are often co-taught with students mixing between them based on the unit. This flexible structure allows for greater integration and project based learning for all 7th graders.
