Curriculum
The 3Es
Howard Street has built its curricular framework on what we call the 3Es:
Einstein (science, technology, engineering and math)
Ellington (the visual and performing arts)
Esperanza
(humanities and language).
The 3Es are our guiding lights and influence our field trips, our community service, our after school activities, and our special events in addition to what we teach in the classroom.
All students will take a second language, participate in lab science and hands-on math, and be involved in various art forms such as dance, drama and the visual arts.
Students will experience, explore and excel in all three areas as they continue through their three years at Howard Street Charter School.
